Coaching Models and Practices

As a participant in an Ayers Institute Coaching Academy, you are eligible to earn the first 3 hours of graduate credit toward a certificate through this online asynchronous course at no charge to you! The modules in this course will guide you through the process of uploading the artifacts from your coaching academy experience. In each module, you will also find recommended academic resources to deepen your learning and equip you with the knowledge you will need to lead a coaching initiative, serve as a coach within a learning organization, or simply develop facilitation skills.

In order to access these modules, you must upload the certificate you received at the Ayers Institute Coaching Academy: Models and Practices session you attended.
